Copyrights
Because
you have purchased the records and are the owner, you are permitted
to archive them to other and/or current media for personal use.
This is known as "Fair Use" of copyrighted material.
Infringement
of copyright laws occurs when CDs are made for distribution and/or re-distribution.
For example, if the CD you order from us is duplicated and given
to a family member or sold to a friend you have just violated copyright
laws.
Only the owner of the record should have the CD.
Guarantee
You
will have 30 days to review your CD and any discrepancies found will
be resolved in a timely manner. If necessary, re-work and shipping
will be performed at our expense. After 30 days, all data generated
to create your CD is deleted. We further guarantee that our audio
restoration process never involves the use of special effects
to mask unwanted noise or alter the original recording.
