We
take the guesswork out of ordering and calculating your cost with our
clear forms and price sheet. Completed samples of both can be
seen in the Samples section of this site.
Step
1. Go to our Forms
section; then download and print the forms. (Available in .txt
and .pdf format.)
Step
2. Complete the order form and then calculate your
cost.
Step
3. Go to step 4 if your record is an LP. If
sending 45s, use a Post-it® or Scotch® Blue Safe-Release™
Painter's Masking Tape to mark which side of the 45s you want archived. Either
will remove easily without damage or adhesive transfer to your record.
If nothing is found on the record cover or label, we will transfer both
sides. Marking your records will save you the mundane task of
writing out each song on your order form. If you'd like your records
recorded in a specific order, simply number the post-it or tape.
Step
4. Package your records (see Shipping
Tips below and the forms, then mail your transfer order
to:

site for payment. Processing of your order will not begin until
payment has been received.

Shipping
Tips
Audio
Morph highly recommends shipping your records via United States Postal
Service (USPS). Tell them that the package is “Media
Mail” and request those rates. We also recommend the
purchase of insurance as we are not liable for lost or damaged records
in transit. All completed orders are return shipped with
delivery confirmation. You can read more about media mail
at www.usps.com.
To
prevent damage, carefully package your records using these guidelines:
- Use
a box, instead of a padded envelope.
- Ensure
each record has a cover
- Ensure
records can't move around in the box. Stack and wrap tightly with
bubble wrap, then use protective filler (wadded newspaper, cornstarch
peanuts, etc) to fill the voids in the box.
- Label
your box: "Fragile"

Additional
Information and Hot Tips
- All
songs are recorded onto a CD-R and then placed in a slim jewel case. Then,
based on your order, a CD insert, track list, and label are created.
- Slim
jewel cases have a front/inside insert only (no back).
- Inspect
the condition of your album jacket before ordering a scanned or digital
photo of the front cover.
- Double
LP orders and/or box sets result in 2+ CDs. There is no
charge for the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th jewel case and their inserts/labels.
- We
welcome custom orders! Order just your favorite songs from
any combination of 45, EP, or LP records and have them transferred
to a CD in any order. Songs are altered by customer request
only; just specify your change in the Instructions box of your order
form. A couple examples are 1) trimming the beginning or the
repetitious ending of a song and 2) boosting the bass on a specific
song. We can also use a favorite photo as the front cover
of your CD. The photo may be included with your order or
e-mailed as
an attachment.

Our
Guarantee
Customer
satisfaction is very important to us! You
will have 30 days to review your CD and any discrepancies found will
be resolved in a timely manner. If necessary, re-work and shipping
will be performed at our expense. After 30 days, all data generated
to create your CD is deleted. We further guarantee that our audio
restoration process never involves the use of special effects
to mask unwanted noise or alter the original recording.
